The hotel is located less than 20 miles from downtown Chicago along Historical Route 66 near the intersection of Interstates 55 and 294. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of Oakhill Management, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois. The buyer plans to immediately begin renovations to the facility.

Jameson and Company closed out the year with the sale of the 131-room Fairfield Inn Dayton North located at 6960 Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio. The hotel is ideally located near the convergence of Interstates 70 & 75 in an affluent area surrounded by numerous businesses, restaurants, and retail outlets. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of Rockbridge to PH Dayton LLC, an affiliate of Portfolio Hotels & Resorts.

Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel Sold

Jameson and Company, in conjunction with Douglas Wilson Companies, is pleased to announce the sale of the 466-room Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel located at 6810 Mannheim Road in Rosemont, Illinois. The hotel ceased operations in January of 2010 at which time Douglas P. Wilson of San Diego, California, was appointed Receiver at the request of U. S. Bank National Association. The Hotel, which features over 31,000 SF of meeting space, is located adjacent to Allstate Arena and is only 1.5 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
