 The 130-suite Savannah Suites in Westminster, Colorado was sold on March 19, 2013. The Hotel features an excellent location less than 20 minutes from downtown Denver and offers easy access to Interstate 25 and Interstate 270. Additionally, it is across the street from Avaya and close to Interlocken Business Park and Ball Corporation Corporate Headquarters.  

The 107-room Best Western Chicagoland-Countryside was sold on March 6, 2013. The hotel is located less than 20 miles from downtown Chicago along Historical Route 66 near the intersection of Interstates 55 and 294. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of Oakhill Management, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois. The buyer plans to immediately begin renovations to the facility.

Jameson and Company closed out the year with the sale of the 131-room Fairfield Inn Dayton North located at 6960 Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio. The hotel is ideally located near the convergence of Interstates 70 & 75 in an affluent area surrounded by numerous businesses, restaurants, and retail outlets. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of Rockbridge to PH Dayton LLC, an affiliate of Portfolio Hotels & Resorts.

Jameson and Company, in conjunction with Douglas Wilson Companies, is pleased to announce the sale of the 466-room Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel located at 6810 Mannheim Road in Rosemont, Illinois. The hotel ceased operations in January of 2010 at which time Douglas P. Wilson of San Diego, California, was appointed Receiver at the request of U. S. Bank National Association. The Hotel, which features over 31,000 SF of meeting space, is located adjacent to Allstate Arena and is only 1.5 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

Jameson and Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 102-room Fairfield Inn Pittsburgh Cranberry Township. The hotel is conveniently located between Interstate 76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) and Interstate 79 near Thorn Hill Industrial Park. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of InterMountain Management LLC of Monroe, LA, to KK Hospitality, LLC of Pittsburgh, PA, a subsidiary of Pika Hotel Group.  KK Hospitality plans to immediately begin renovations to the facility.

On January 17, 2012, John Jameson was quoted in a Chicago Real Estate Daily article. The article is in reference to White Lodging Services 657-room development in downtown Chicago.

Jameson and Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 115-room Comfort Inn & Suites North at The Pyramids for Boulevard Hotels. The Comfort Inn is located approximately 18 miles north of downtown Indianapolis near The Pyramids office complex at the intersection of I-465 and Michigan Road. The buyer plans to retain the Comfort Inn and Suites franchise.

Jameson and Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 122-room Hampton Inn Denver International Airport. The hotel is located on Tower Road and is approximately 9 miles from the main terminal. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of Lenoch Denver Properties IV of Chicago, Illinois. Buyer plans to immediately begin renovations to the facility.

Jameson and Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 344-room Caribbean Cove Hotel & Water Park in Indianapolis for General Hotels Corporation. The buyer plans for an extensive renovation and rebranding of the hotel in 2012.
