The 466-room Chicago O’Hare Airport hotel ceased operations in January of 2010, at which time Douglas P. Wilson of San Diego, California, was appointed Receiver at the request of U.S. Bank. The Hotel featured over 31,000 SF of meeting space, is located adjacent to Allstate Arena and is only 1.5 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Jameson and Company, in conjunction with Douglas Wilson Companies, represented U.S. Bank in the disposition of this asset.
