The sale of the 344-room Caribbean Cove Hotel & Water Park is located approximately 18 miles north of downtown Indianapolis near The Pyramids office complex at the intersection of I-465 and Michigan Road. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Huff, Niehaus & Associates, sold the hotel on behalf of General Hotels Corporation.
