Represented an individual owner in the disposition of the 68-room Country Inn & Suites. This was an extremely complicated deal as the hotel was situated on one parcel of land with a second hotel and both were leased to a third party operator. This situation created a problem in the verification of past revenues. Jameson and Company worked diligently through the separation of the hotels into two parcels of land and then located a buyer that was financeable through the existing lender to the Seller.
