The 169-room Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown is located in Milwaukee’s central business district and is attached to the Shops of Grand Avenue which is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar transformation into an urban mall with modern, millennial-friendly offices. The hotel is within walking distance of the Pabst Theater, BMO/Harris Bradley Center, Milwaukee Convention Center and the new $524-million arena for the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks that is currently under construction. The purchaser, MCR Development, plans an extensive renovation and the license was converted to a franchised operation. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Urban Advantage, Inc., dba Hotel Source, Inc., represented Mil-Court 1, LLC, an affiliate of The Amoroso Companies in the disposition.
