Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Gulf Atlantic Business Consultants, represented a Florida based investment group in the disposition of the 104-room hotel located in Historic Downtown Deland in Deland, FL. The property, built in 2018, is within walking distance Stetson University, award winning Mainstreet DeLand, and Athens Theatre. The buyer plans to bring in a new management team to improve both top and bottom line.
