The 169-room Hyatt Place Orlando / Lake Buena Vista is located within steps of world-class shopping, dining and entertainment in the Disney Springs district. The Hotel is within a few miles of all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, including Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the Magic Kingdom. The purchaser will maintain the Hotel’s affiliation with Hyatt Place and plans to complete upgrades to the guestrooms and exterior. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Gulf Atlantic Business Consultants, represented a Florida based investment group in the disposition.
