    Represented an institutional client in the disposition of the 149-room Courtyard by Marriott in Glenview, Illinois, that featured an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, business center, on-site parking, hot breakfast bar and wireless internet. It has excellent location off of Interstate 294 along Milwaukee Avenue proximate to  Aon Insurance Company, Allstate, Glenbrook Hospital, Illinois Tool Works , Astellas Pharmaceuticals , CVS Caremark , Takeda, Discover and Chicago O’Hare International Airport.



  2. Holiday Inn Express Arlington Heights

    Represented an institutional client in the disposition of the 125-room Holiday Inn Express Arlington Heights, Illinois. Since 2007, nearly $3.9 million in capital improvements to the asset have been completed.  The hotel is located off of Interstate 90 near the junction of Interstate 90 and Interstate 290 with close proximity to Chicago O’Hare International Airport. It is also proximate to several demand generators including UOP Honeywell, ADP, Panasonic, Citibank AT&T,  the OSHA Training Institute, Parker Hannifin, Robert Bosch and the regional Salvation Army.



  3. Savannah Suites Westminster

    Represented a national, self-branded developer in the short sale of the 130-suite, extended stay hotel in Westminster, Colorado. The Hotel featured an excellent location excellent location less than 20 minutes from downtown Denver and offers easy access to Interstate 25 and Interstate 270. Additionally, it is across the street from Avaya and close to Interlocken Business Park and Ball Corporation Headquarters. The California based buyer will reflag the hotel as an all-suite independent. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with HotelBrokerOne, represented the seller Mariposa LLC.



  4. Best Western Chicagoland-Countryside

    The 107-room Best Western Chicagoland-Countryside is located less than 20 miles from downtown Chicago along Historical Route 66 near the intersection of Interstates 55 and 294. Jameson and Company sold the hotel on behalf of Oakhill Management, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois. The buyer plans maintain the Best Western franchise and immediately begin renovations to the facility.
