  1. Hampton Inn Portage

    The 60-room Hampton Inn Portage is situated just off Interstate 94, near the Indiana Dunes, MonoSol DuneLand plant, Port of Indiana-Burns Harbor, Bass Pro Shop, and the Lake Michigan Beaches. Major area demand generators include Ameriplex, Beta Steel Corp., Bethlehem Steel Corp., Port of Indiana, Burns Baling Div., Cargill Inc., Excel Corp, U.S. Steel, Mittal Steel, and Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets. The purchaser, BASK Development of Chicago, will upgrade the hotel with the “Forever Young” package. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., represented HRC Hotels, LLC & Good Hospitality Services in the disposition.



  2. Wyndham Glenview Suites

    Represented GVHS, LLC, an affiliate of Carmel Hospitality Group, in the sale of the Wyndham Glenview Suites Hotel located at 1400 N. Milwaukee Road in Glenview, Illinois. The property is an all-suite hotel with 253-suites and features Legends Bar & Grill, 7,378 square feet of meeting space, indoor pool and fitness center. The hotel enjoys excellent visibility from Interstate 294 and is proximate to Aon Insurance Company, Allstate World Headquarters, Glenview Ice Arena, Glenbrook Hospital, Illinois Tool Works, Astellas Pharmaceuticals, CVS Caremark, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and Chicago O’Hare International Airport.



  3. Marriott Lincolnshire Resort

    Represented Strategic Hotels & Resorts in the sale of the 389-room Marriott Lincolnshire Resort. The asset was acquired by LA-RFMBG and will be managed by The Bricton Group. The hotel features the award winning Marriott Theatre, 18-hole PGA Golf Course, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, King’s Wharf Restaurant, Fairfield Inn Restaurant, Brew Restaurant and Bar, and an indoor tennis facility. It is a premier resort located in Chicago’s North Shore area along North Milwaukee Avenue and is proximate to over 10 Fortune 500 company headquarters. The Getty’s Group will oversee a $20 million renovation to the hotel.



  4. Hotel Phillips

    The 217-room Hotel Phillips, located in the central business district of Kansas City, has an excellent location at the corner of W. 12th street and Baltimore Avenue. The Hotel is less than two blocks from the Kansas City Convention Center as well as the Power @ Light Entertainment District. Proximate to several key demand generators that included H&R Block World Headquarters, Hallmark, KU Medical Center, Truman Medical Center and the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The purchaser will affiliate the hotel with Hilton’s Curio brand and plans an extensive renovation. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with HotelBrokerOne, represented the Marcus Corporation in this disposition.
