    Represented a publicly traded New York based fund in the disposition of the asset. The hotel features 317 guestrooms, Chatfield’s restaurant, lobby lounge, indoor pool, fitness center and approximately 13,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel has superior visibility from Interstate 88 in the western corridor of Chicago and is in close proximity to the Morton Arboretum and the Naperville Riverwalk. Major area employers include RR Donnelley, BMO Harris Bank, Navistar and Lucent Technologies.



  2. Fairfield Inn Kalamazoo West

    exterior The 62-room Fairfield Inn Kalamazoo West is situated less than five miles from Western Michigan University and Stryker Headquarters along Interstate 94 in Kalamazoo, MI. Major area demand generators include Pfizer, Zoetis’ global R&D headquarters, PNC Bank, Medtronic, Dana Holding Corporation, Tekna, MPI Research, Seneca Medical, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Midlink Business Park. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Alpine Realty Capital LLC., represented HRC Hotels, LLC & Good Hospitality Services in the disposition.



  3. Baymont Inn & Suites Gurnee

    Represented an individual owner in the disposition of the 65-room Baymont Inn & Suites. This was an extremely complicated deal as the hotel was situated on one parcel of land with the Country Inn & Suites described below. The Hotel is located adjacent to the entrance of Six Flags Great America Amusement Park and less than 1 mile from Gurnee Mills just off of Interstate 94.



  4. Country Inn & Suites Gurnee

    CIS GurneeRepresented an individual owner in the disposition of the 68-room Country Inn & Suites. This was an extremely complicated deal as the hotel was situated on one parcel of land with a second hotel and both were leased to a third party operator. This situation created a problem in the verification of past revenues. Jameson and Company worked diligently through the separation of the hotels into two parcels of land and then located a buyer that was financeable through the existing lender to the Seller.
