The hotel is within walking distance of the Pabst Theater, BMO/Harris Bradley Center, Milwaukee Convention Center and the new $524-million arena for the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks that is currently under construction. The purchaser, MCR Development, plans an extensive renovation and the license was converted to a franchised operation. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Urban Advantage, Inc., dba Hotel Source, Inc., represented Mil-Court 1, LLC, an affiliate of The Amoroso Companies in the disposition.



  2. Courtyard Indianapolis Northwest

    90cyindyThe 90-room Courtyard Indianapolis Northwest is located directly off Interstate 465 at W 71st St. providing convenient access for travelers visiting downtown Indianapolis or the surrounding areas. The Hotel is surrounded by numerous commercial, group, and leisure demand generators including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indiana State Fairgrounds, Eagle Park, INTECH Park, Herff Jones, Alcoa, CEDIA, ConAgra, Interactive Intelligence, Pyramid’s Office Complex, St. Vincent Hospital, Traders Point, Kiwanis of America, Midwest Sports & Social Complex, and Altec. The purchaser, Arbor Lodging Partners, will complete a comprehensive renovation. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., represented HRC Hotels, LLC & Good Hospitality Services in the disposition.



  3. Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Downtown

The hotel is within walking distance of the Pabst Theater, Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, Milwaukee Art Museum, BMO/Harris Bradley Center, Milwaukee Convention Center and the new $524-million arena for the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks that is currently under construction. The purchaser, Arbor Lodging Partners, will refresh the guestrooms and update the building’s historic façade. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Urban Advantage, Inc., dba Hotel Source, Inc., represented an institutional investor in the disposition.



  4. Hampton Inn Portage

    The 60-room Hampton Inn Portage is situated just off Interstate 94, near the Indiana Dunes, MonoSol DuneLand plant, Port of Indiana-Burns Harbor, Bass Pro Shop, and the Lake Michigan Beaches. Major area demand generators include Ameriplex, Beta Steel Corp., Bethlehem Steel Corp., Port of Indiana, Burns Baling Div., Cargill Inc., Excel Corp, U.S. Steel, Mittal Steel, and Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets. The purchaser, BASK Development of Chicago, will upgrade the hotel with the “Forever Young” package. Jameson and Company, in cooperation with Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., represented HRC Hotels, LLC & Good Hospitality Services in the disposition.
